Refund policy
Returns and Exchanges
All of our items are considered FINAL. There are absolutely NO REFUNDS, however, exchanges for another size or color are acceptable.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your item(s) unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at the fault of SUITE726. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at SUITE726customerservice@gmail.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We strongly suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
