LOCAL PICK-UP POLICY

We are happy to offer local pick-up for all customers in the Chicago area.

• Pick-Up Notification: Customers will receive a text message with the exact pick-up location once their order is ready.
• Pick-Up Window: Orders must be picked up within 7 business days of receiving the ready-for-pick-up notification.
• Reminder Notice: If the order is not picked up within 7 business days, SUITE726 will send a reminder text. The order will then be held for an additional 7 business days.
• Unclaimed Orders: If an order is not claimed within 14 business days total, the item(s) will be returned to inventory and made available for sale. No refunds or credits will be issued for unclaimed orders.
